Vereistes

• Senior Certificate (Grade 12 of gelykwaardige kwalifikasie).
• Bevoegdhede: 'n Goeie begrip van die volgende: Finansiële funksies, praktyke asook die vermoë om data in te voer, rekenaar te gebruik en finansiële statistieke saam te stel;
• Openbare Sektor-finansiële wetgewing, prosedures en prosesse, National Treasury Regulations, Provincial Treasury Instructions, Public Finance Management Act (PFMA), 1999, (DORA, PSA, PSR, PPPFA, Financial Manual);
• Finansiële bedryfstelsels (PERSAL (Personnel Administration), BAS (Basic Accounting System), LOGIS (Logistical Information System)).
• Vaardighede wat nodig is: Skriftelike en mondelinge kommunikasie;
• Bewese rekenaargeletterdheid;
• Vermoë om onafhanklik en as deel van 'n span te werk.

Pligte

• Fakture ontvang;
• Fakture kontroleer vir korrektheid, verifikasie en goedkeuring (interne beheer);
• Fakture verwerk (betalings invoer);
• Suspense-rekeninge opgee;
• Joernale saamstel en lêers klassifiseer.
