Nursing Assistant Vlak 1–3 poste wat pasiënte met daaglikse lewensaktiwiteite en elementêre kliniese sorg in Ladismith ondersteun.

Vereistes

• Minimum kwalifikasie: Kwalifikasie wat registrasie by die SANC as Nursing Assistant toelaat.
• Registrasie by 'n professionele raad: Registrasie by die SANC as Nursing Assistant.
• Ervaring: Vlak 1: Geen.
• Vlak 2: Minimum 10 jaar gepaste/erkende ervaring in verpleegkunde na registrasie as Nursing Assistant by die SANC.
• Vlak 3: Minimum 20 jaar gepaste/erkende ervaring in verpleegkunde na registrasie as Nursing Assistant by die SANC.
• Inherente vereiste van die pos: Bereidwilligheid om na ure te werk wanneer nodig.
• Bereidwilligheid om by ander klinieke in die Sub-distrik te help wanneer nodig.
• Bevoegdhede (kennis/vaardighede): Goeie kommunikasievermoë.
• Self-dissipline en motivering.

Pligte

• Pas pasiënte by met daaglikse lewensaktiwiteite wat pasiënthigiëne, voedingstatus, mobiliteit en uitskeidingsbehoeftes insluit.
• Verskaf elementêre kliniese verpleegkundige sorg.
• Doeltreffende benutting van hulpbronne.
• Handhaaf professionele groei, etiese standaarde en self-ontwikkeling. Rekordhouding.

No payment of any kind is required when applying for this post. Candidates who are not in possession of the stipulated registration requirements may also apply.
