Vereistes

• Minimum kwalifikasie: Senior Certificate (of ekwivalent).
• Ervaring: Toepaslike ervaring in Gesondheidsinligtingsbestuur vir hospitale.
• Toepaslike ervaring in Clinicom, Ideal Clinic Monitoring System, Business Intelligence (BI) en Sinjani.
• Toepaslike ervaring in eindgebruiker-ondersteuning (hardeware/sagteware).
• Bevoegdhede (kennis/vaardighede): Rekenaargeletterdheid (MS Office-pakkette).
• Goeie kommunikasievermoë deur die hospitaal vir doeltreffende data-voltooiing en skryfvaardighede.
• Roetine Gesondheidsinligting, Clinicom, Ideal Clinic Monitoring System, Sinjani en Business Intelligence (BI).
• Basiese kennis van rekenaarhardeware.

Pligte

• Doeltreffende en doelmatige administrasie van hospitaalsstatistieke.
• Verskaffing van ondersteuning om data-akkuraatheid op die Health Information Systems (HIS) te verseker.
• Clinicom-ondersteuning en opleiding vir nuwe en huidige personeel.
• Data-bestuur (Weekliks, Maandeliks en Kwartaalliks).
• Ondersteuning aan toesighouer.
