Professionele Verpleegster Vlak 1 tot 3 (ALGEMENE Verpleging) (X3)

Werwing van drie Professionele Verpleegsters (Vlakke 1-3) in Algemene Verpleging vir Robertson en Montagu Hospitale, Wes-Kaap.
Vereistes
- Minimum opvoedkundige kwalifikasie: Basiese R425 kwalifikasie (d.w.s. diploma/graad in verpleging) of ekwivalente kwalifikasie (R683 plus R254) wat registrasie met die Suid-Afrikaanse Verpleegstersraad (SAVR) as Professionele Verpleegster toelaat.
- OF 'n 4-jaar bachelorgraad in verpleging (R174) of ekwivalente kwalifikasie (R683 plus R1497 of R171 plus R1497) wat registrasie met die Suid-Afrikaanse Verpleegstersraad (SAVR) as Professionele Verpleegster toelaat.
- Registrasie met 'n Professionele Raad: Registrasie met die SAVR as Professionele Verpleegster.
- Ondervinding: Vlak 1: Geen.
- Vlak 2: Minimum 10 jaar toepaslike/erkende verpleegstersondervinding na registrasie met die SAVR as Professionele Verpleegster in Algemene Verpleging.
- Vlak 3: Minimum 20 jaar toepaslike/erkende ondervinding in verpleging na registrasie met die SAVR as Professionele Verpleegster in Algemene Verpleging.
- Inherente vereistes van die pos: Vermoë om skufte te werk wat naweke en openbare feestye insluit.
- Bereidwilligheid om in alle departemente soos operasioneel vereis te werk.
- Bevoegdhede (kennis/vaardighede): Rekenaargeletterdheid (MS Word, Excel).
- Goeie interpersoonlike kommunikasievermoëns.
- Vermoë om onafhanklik en in 'n multidissiplinêre span te werk.
- Kennis van Gemeenskapgeoriënteerde Primêre Sorg.
Pligte
- Lewering van gehalte-basiese verpleegstersorgpersoongesentreerde pasiëntsorg in 'n hospitaalsetting.
- Lewering van optimale, holistiese kliniese en elementêre verpleegstersorg met gestelde standaarde en binne 'n professionele/regsraamwerk.
- Doeltreffende benutting van menslike en finansiële hulpbronne, Inligtingsbestuur en ondersteuningsdienste.
- Verbetering van die gehalte van gesondheidsdienste.
- Handhaaf professionele groei/etiese standaarde en self-ontwikkeling.

No payment of any kind is required when applying for this post. Candidates who are not in possession of the stipulated registration requirements may also apply. Such candidates will only be considered for appointment on condition that proof of application for registration to register with the relevant council and proof of payment of the prescribed registration fees to the relevant council are submitted on or before the day of the interview. This concession is only applicable on health professionals who apply for the first time for registration in a specific category with the relevant council (including individuals who must apply for change in registration status). One will be a practical exercise to determine a candidate’s suitability based on the post’s technical and generic requirements and the other must be an integrity (ethical conduct) assessment.
