Vereistes
- Graad 12 plus Nasionale Diploma / Bachelorgraad (NKW-vlak 6/7) in Openbare Administrasie of Besigheidsadministrasie of Besigheidsstudies of Besigheidsbestuur of Operasionele Bestuurs of Logistieke Bestuurs of verwante kwalifikasie soos deur SAQA erken. 3-5 jaar se ondervinding in omgewingsadministrasie.
- Geldige bestuurslisensie.
- Bevoegdhede: Kennis van Departementele beleid en prosedures, Verslagprosedures en Regeringsprioriteite.
- Vaardighede: Beplanning en organisering, Probleemoplossing, Onderhandeling en Besluitneming.
- Blootstelling en opleiding in die administratiewe veld van Omgewingsinvloedbepalinge (OIB) sal 'n bykomende voordeel wees.
Pligte
- Bystaan met die bestuur en koördinasie van departementale strategiese beplanningsprosesse.
- Bystaan met die ontwikkeling en implementering van departementale beplanning- en beleidstelsels en prosedures.
- Bystaan met die ontwikkeling van APP's en departementale Operasionele Planne.
- Deelneem aan departementale en provinsiale regeringsbeplanningsprosesse.
- Advies gee en aanbevelings aan die departement doen oor beplanningsprosesse, beleidshersiening en -ontwikkeling, en implementering van beleid.
- Koördineer navorsing oor departementale beleid en werk beleidrotolle by.
- Voer evaluasiestudies namens die departement uit.
- Voer terreinbesoeke en onderhoude uit om inligting in te samel en projektoestande op evaluasiestudies wat uitgevoer is, te beoordeel.
- Bystaan met die voorbereiding van breedvoerige verslae oor projekbevindinge vir belanghebbendes.
- Bystaan met die koördinasie en interaksie met ander departemente en belanghebbendes oor aspekte van werk / kwessies wat aan die GDOmg-mandaat verwant is.
- Opvolging doen met programbestuurders oor uitstaande insette.
- Stel aanbiedings saam vir beplanning, beleidsnavorsing en koördinasie en beleidsonderafdeling.
- Neem konstruktief deel aan komponent- en departementale vergaderinge soos vereis.
