Plaasvervangende Direkteur wat toepassings vir Omgewingsimpaksassessering en omgewingsnalewingresidue by die Departement van Omgewing bestuur.
Vereistes
- Graad 12 plus Baccalaureusdiploma (NQF-vlak 7) in Openbare Bestuur & Regering/Openbare Administrasie soos deur SAQA erken. 3–5 jaar middelvlakbestuurservaring in strategie en regering.
- Geldig bestuurderslisensie.
- Bevoegdhede: Rekenaargeletterdheid, uitstekende skriftelike en mondelinge kommunikasievaardighede, verslaggeryfing en analitiese vaardighede, projekbestuur, mensebestuur, tydbeheer, aanbiedings vaardighede, innovatief, spanningslid, byeenkoms-organisering en voorsitting.
- Eienskappe: Innovatief, buigsaam spanningslid, kliëntgeoriënteerd, kwaliteits- en kostegeoriënteerd, invloedryk, strategies, aanbiedings vaardighede, kommunikasie vaardighede, analitiese vaardighede, leierskapvaardighede en verslaggeryfingvaardighede.
Pligte
- Beheer en verseker instandhouding van toepassings rakende Omgewingsimpaksassessering, grondgebruik en NEMA, asook toepassings wat ingediend word onder die Gauteng Provinsiale Omgewingsbestuurraamwerk.
- Verseker die integriteit, veilige bewaring en toeganklikheid van alle rekords.
- Verseker veilige bewaring van dokumente en besluite uitgereik ten opsigte van toepassings en navrae.
- Voer die aanvanklike sifting van toepassings uit om voldoening aan indieningsnodusse te verifieer voordat dit na die relevante lynfunksie vir hersiening deurgestuur word.
- Bestuur effektiewe veilige bewaring van Omgewingsmagtigings en enige ander opmerkings wat deur wetgewing vereis word.
- Bied strategiese vermoë en leierskap en verseker doeltreffende bestuur van die eenheid en projekte.
- Beheer hulpbronne (Menslike, Finansieel, Toerusting/Bates).
- Bied en administreer omgewingsbestuur-verwante logistiek en ondersteuning.

One will be a practical exercise to determine a candidate’s suitability based on the post’s technical and generic requirements and the other will be an integrity (ethical conduct) assessment. After the pre-entry assessments, an oral interview will be conducted. Suitable candidates will be subjected to personnel suitability checks (criminal record, citizenship, credit record checks, qualification verification and employment verification). Candidates will therefore be required to give consent in terms of the POPI Act in order for the Department to conduct the verifications.
