Vereistes

  • Die aansoeker moet in besit wees van 'n Grade 12-sertifikaat en 'n toepaslike voorgraadse kwalifikasie (NQF-vlak 7) in Internasionale Betrekkinge/Maatskaplike Wetenskappe, Ontwikkelingstudies soos deur SAQA erken;

  • Bewese ervaring in aktivisme in die gender-, jeug- en gestremdheidssektore; ontleding en konsolidasie van regeringsbeleide en -programme; bestuursaangeleenthede wat betrekking het op gender, jeug en persone met gestremdhede; internasionale betrekkinge, uitreikingsprogramme, stakeholder-bestuur op uitvoerends- en gemeenskapsvlak.
  • Diepgaande kennis van die wetgewingskader en regelgewingarequirements met betrekking tot bemagtiging en deelname van gender, jeug en persone met gestremdhede; beleidsformulering, interpretasie en implementering binne die regering; internasionale verbintenisse en instrumente relevant tot gender-, jeug- en gestremdheidsbepleit en-integrasie; mandaat en strategiese doelwitte van die Departement.

  • Om internasionale betrekkinge, stakeholder-deelname en kapasiteitsbou vir Vroue, Jeug en Persone met Gestremdhede te bestuur en koördineer.
  • Bestuur die voorsiening van internasionale betrekkinge wat die regte van Vroue, Jeug en Persone met Gestremdhede bevorder; bevorder afstemming van nasionale wette, wetgewing en beleide met globale, streeks- en substreeksinstrumente om globale integrasie te bevorder; koördineer verslaggewing oor Suid-Afrika se nakoming van en prestasie met betrekking tot nasionale, internasionale, streeks- en kontinentale verbintenisse; fasiliteer die vestiging van onderling voordelige bilaterale betrekkinge met strategiese lande; bestuur en bevorder deelname van Vroue, Jeug en Persone met Gestremdhede in bilaterale en multilaterale platforms om die globale agenda en besluitneming te beïnvloed.
  • Bestuur en koördineer stakeholder-deelname in programme wat die regte van Vroue, Jeug en Persone met Gestremdhede bevorder; bestuur en koördineer interregerings-betrekkinge om die regte van Vroue, Jeug en Persone met Gestremdhede te bevorder; ontwikkel interaktiewe platforms vir Vroue, Jeug en Persone met Gestremdhede om hul bekommernisse, behoeftes en uitdagings uit te spreek; betrek ander stakeholders oor sosiaal-ekonomiese transformasie en implementering van regte van Vroue, Jeug en Persone met Gestremdhede; koördineer saakbestuur en stel verwysings- en opvolgmeghanismes in; ontwikkel en handhaaf stakeholder-databasisse; koördineer Nasionale Strukture vir Vroue, Jeug en Persone met Gestremdhede; bied tegniese ondersteuning en adviesdienste aan stakeholders oor alle regeringsfere oor transformasie en regte van Vroue, Jeug en Persone met Gestremdhede; koördineer kapasiteitsbou oor integrasie vir Vroue, Jeug en Persone met Gestremdhede.
  • Bestuur van die Subprogram: bestuur die menslike en finansiële bronne van die Chief Directorate; bestuur en rapporteer die strategiese prestasie; bestuur risikobeperkingsmaatreëls en implementeer interne beheersisteme.
