Voedingsdienspos in die kantoor van die Minister wat 'n ABET-kwalifikasie en pligte met betrekking tot keukenonderhoud vereis.

Vereistes

  • ABET of ekwivalente kwalifikasie.

Pligte

  • Sleutelprestasieareas: Die doel van hierdie pos is om 'n doeltreffende voedingsdienste-assistent te wees en keukengebiede vir die kantoor van die Minister skoon te hou;
  • Onderhoud die keukenarea en bordkamergebiede in die kantoor van die Minister;
  • Was al die tafelgoed, snyers en skottelgoeddoeke in keukengebiede;
  • Verseker die netheid en ordentlikheid van keukenkaste en werkoppervlaktes;
  • Berei drank en verwenning binne die kantore van die Minister;
  • Verkry die dieetbehoeftes van die Minister;
  • Rangskik snyers en tafelgoed netjies vir die bediening van drank en verwenning;
  • Rangskik verwenning vir vergaderings van die Minister;
  • Bedien verwenning soos vereis;
  • Voorsien vars water en skoon glase in Bordkamers;
  • Was al die tafelgoed, snyers en skottelgoeddoeke na vergaderings;
  • Hou toerusting gereeld skoon en netjies (mikrogolfoond/ketel/yskas/urn, ens.);
  • Hou keukenkaste en werkoppervlaktes skoon;
  • Voer voorraadtelling van Snyers/tafelgoed uit en verkry skoonmaakmateriaal en kondimenti: Hou toesighouer op hoogte van voorraadvlakke van al die snyers/tafelgoed (ontbrekend/gebreek) / kondimenti / skoonmaakmateriaal in die Konferensisentrum en merk in 'n register;
  • Verkry tarief vir snyers / kondimenti / skoonmaakmateriaal;
  • Veilige bewaring van snyers/tafelgoed/kondimenti /skoonmaakmateriaal;
  • Voorsien algemene assitentdienste in die kantoor van die Minister wanneer nodig: Berei verwenning vir besoekers voor;
  • Assisteer in die voorbereiding van dokumente om per koerier gestuur te word wanneer vereis;
  • Assisteer met versnippering en fotokopiëring van dokumente wanneer vereis.
