Toesig hou oor finansiële administrasie, salarisstrokies, begrotings en korrespondensie oor ses SAPS-akademielokasiese landwyd.

Vereistes

  • Aansoeker moet bevoegdheid in die kernfunksies van die pos vertoon.
  • Vloeiend wees in minstens Engels en een ander amptelike taal.
  • Burger van die Republiek van Suid-Afrika wees waarvan dokumentêre bewys op die dag van onderhoud gelewer moet word.
  • In besit wees van Graad 12/Hoërsertifikaat/NCV Vlak 4 of ekwivalente kwalifikasie (NQF Vlak 4 soos deur SAQA erken).
  • Minstens vier (4) jaar se ervaring in die veld van die pos. 'n Toepaslike drie (3) jaar Diploma/Graad (NQF vlak 6 of hoër soos deur SAQA erken) asook relevante opleidingskursusse in die veld van die pos sal as 'n bykomende voordeel dien. 'n Geldige bestuurderslisensie.
  • Kennis, Vaardighede en Bevoegdhede: Kennis van toepaslike voorskrifte van toepassing op die Openbare Diens.
  • Goeie verbale en geskrewe kommunikasievermoë.
  • Algemene Rekenaargeletterdheid (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Power Point, MS Outlook).
  • Bevoegdheid aantoon om onafhanklik, Professioneel, Aanspreeklik en met Geldigheid op te tree.
  • Goeie verbale en geskrewe kommunikasievermoë.
  • Sterk interpersoonlike vaardighede. Verslagskrywing.
  • Voorlesingvaardighede, Probleemoplossing, Deeglike Beplanning, Organisasie en Administratiewe vaardighede, Sterk Analitiese Vaardighede en Fasilitasievermoë.
  • Bereid wees om onder druk en uitgebreide ure te werk.

  • Alle finansiële vorderinge, betalings en voorskotte administreer.
  • Salarisstrokies administreer.
  • Begroting en navrae met betrekking tot salariesse, aftrekkings en toelaes administreer.
  • Inkomende en uitgaande korrespondensie administreer.

  • Toesig hou oor die gebruik van alle hulpbronne aan die afdeling toegewys.
  • Alle telefoonrekeninge, betalings, registrasie op die telefoonstelsel en uitreiking van PIN-kodes beheer en monitor.
  • Nakoming van die Wet op Openbare Finansiële Bestuur (PFMA), Skattesregulasies, Wette & Beleide verseker.

The Criminal Law (Forensic Procedures) Amendment Act, Act 37 of 2013 requires that all new appointments in the South African Police Service as from 31 January 2015 provide a buccal (inside cheek) sample to determine their forensic DNA profile. The forensic DNA profile derived from the sample will be loaded to the Elimination Index of the National Forensic DNA Database. Appointments will be made in terms of the Public Service Act, 1994 (Act No 103 of 1994) as applicable to the post environment. Persons who retired from the Public Service by taking a severance package, early retirement or medical retirement, as well as persons with previous convictions, are excluded.
