Projekkoördineerder wat landtenuur-hervorming en gemeenskaplike landtenuurprojekte vir die Departement van Landhervormig implementeer.
Vereistes
- Minimum vereistes: Aansoeker moet in besit wees van 'n Graad 12-sertifikaat en 'n Nasionale Diploma in die veld van Geesteswetenskappe / Sosiale Wetenskappe / Regskwalifikasie (NQF Vlak 6) of verwante gelykwaardige kwalifikasie.

- Werksverwante kennis: Deeglike kennis van aangeleenthede rakende landtenuursekerheid.

- Gemeenskaplike landtenuurprojekte implementeer.
- Bewustheid en kapasiteitsbou oor gemeenskaplike landbeheer en relevante wette aan belanghebbendes inisieer.
- Grondregtebeheerstrukture onderlê en ondersteun deur regsbeskermings- en bewusmakingshulp te bied.
- Bemiddeling en mediesie fasiliteer in gevalle van skendinge van grondregte en teenstelle oor gemeenskaplike grond in terme van relevante wetgewing.
- Implementering van die gemeenskaplike tenuuropgradeserings-programme uitvoer.
- Grondregteprojekte implementeer.
- Op vrae oor grondregteprojekte reageer.
- Regtebeheerstrukture ondersteun deur regsbeskermings- en bewusmakingshulp te bied.
- Mediasie en adjudikasieproses vir grondregte fasiliteer.
- Implementering van die grondregteopgradeserings-programme uitvoer.
- Ondersteuning aan Grondregtebeheerligging verskaf.
- Vestiging en ondersteuning van gemeenskaplike eiendomsentiteite implementeer.
- Vestiging en implementering van Gemeenskaplike Eiendomsassossiasies (GEA's) inisieer.
- Databasis van GEA's en soortgelyke entiteite handhaaf.
- Bewustheid oor GEA-aktiwiteite voer uit.
- Ondersoeke uitvoer en op die sake en aktiwiteite van geregistreerde GEA's interveneer.
- In mediasie en geskille-oplossingsverrigtinge van die GEA's deelneem.
- Toesiendvergunning in die implementering van landtenuurprojekte verskaf.
- Implementeringsplan op provinsiale vlak vir tenuurprojekte implementeer.

- Naleving van GEA's met betrekking tot wetgewing fasiliteer.
