Adjunk-Direkteur vir Provinsiale Koördinering oor vyf provinsies, wat die integrasie van burgerlike en immigrasiedienste bestuur.
Vereistes
- 'n Voorgraadse kwalifikasie in Openbare Bestuur, Openbare Administrasie of Sosiale Wetenskappe op NQF-vlak 6 soos deur SAQA erken.
- Minimalum 3 jaar ondervinding op vlak van Adjunk-Direkteur/Junior Bestuursposisie is vereist.
- Uitgebreide ondervinding in koördinering is vereist.
- Kennis en toepassing van die Wet op Openbare Finansiële Bestuur en Tesourie-Regulasies.
- Basiese kennis van Burgerlike Dienste en Immigrasiewetgewing.
- Begrip van die Wet op Openbare Finansiële Bestuur (PFMA) en Tesourie-regulasies.
- Kennis van Departementale Wetgewing asook die Regulêre Raamwerk vir Menslike Hulpbronne.
- Kennis van die Openbare Diens Regulasies.
- Uitstekende vermoëns en ondervinding in projekbestuur, projekoptimering en die gebruik van aanlyn-stelsels. 'n Geldige bestuurderslisensie.
- Bereidwilligheid om te reis en verlengde ure te werk.

Pligte
- Die suksesvolle kandidaat sal onder andere verantwoordelik wees vir die volgende spesifieke take: Koördineer inligting oor alle bedrywighede in die provinsie om dienslewer te verbeter.
- Koördineer doeltreffende integrasie van verskeie burgerlike en immigrasiedienste met die provinsie.
- Koördineer die implementering van prosesse, prosedures en stelsels vir dienslewer-verbetering binne die provinsie.
- Koördineer en monitor DHA-deelname in die provinsiale groep.
- Koördineer Provinsiale prestasie teen afleverbare sake.
- Doen verslag oor inligting uit die groepe vir beplanning-, monitering- en evalueriesprosesse.
- Koördineer die Implementering en onderhoud van die uitvoering van provinsie-verwante strategieë.
- Skakel met interne en eksterne belanghebbendes en verseker dat tersaaklike inligting strategies gekommunikeer word.
- Koördineer hoofbesigheidsf funksies geïdentifiseerde projekte en spesiale programme.
- Konsolideer verskeie kwalitatiewe en kwantitatiewe verslae in die Streke onder die provinsie, monitor en evalueer verslae, groepverslae en roetine-verslae na Hoofkantoor.
- Verseker suksesvolle besigheidsverandering.
- Verseker die implementering van doeltreffende risiko- en nalewingsbestuurpraktyke.
- Verseker doeltreffende en doelmatige bestuur van menslike, fisiese en finansiële hulpbronne binne die Eenheid.
- Begelei en lei personeel in beste praktyke en nakoming van regulatoriese vereistes.

All shortlisted candidates, including SMS, shall undertake two pre-entry assessments. One will be a practical exercise to determine a candidate’s suitability based on the post’s technical and generic requirements and the other must be an integrity (ethical conduct) assessment. Shortlisted candidates will also be required to submit a copy of their ID document, a valid driver’s license (if specified as a job requirement), relevant educational qualifications / RPL certificates / Academic Transcripts of completed qualifications, and Acting letters as directed. Furthermore, applicants who possess (a) foreign qualification(s), are required to submit the evaluated results of such qualifications, as received from the South African Qualifications Authority (SAQA); will be subjected to an interview, various relevant tests and assessments, and employment suitability checks (credit, criminal, citizenship, qualifications, and employment references including verification of exit reasons, and conducting business with State). Once appointed, serving of a prescribed probation period, and obtaining of a security clearance appropriate to the post, will be required.
