Adjunk-Direkteur wat kurrikulumontwikkeling, akademiese dienste en belanghebberstakeling bestuur vir hoëroheidsonderwysopleidingsoorskakeling.
Vereistes
- 'n Graad/Nasionale Diploma (NKR-vlak 6) in Onderwys of Verwante Kwalifikasie deur SAQA erken; 3-5 jaar werkervaring in 'n onderrig- en leeromgewing op Toesighoudingsvlak; 'n Geldige bestuurderslisensie.
- Kennis: Kennis van PSETA en CET-wet;
- Kennis van Onderrig en Leer;
- Kennis van Vaardigheidsontwikkelingsvet;
- Openbare Diensverordening en Openbare Diensvet; en Arbeidsverhoudingsvet;
- Kennis van die Openbare TVET-sektor en sy regulatoriese en wetgewende raamwerk;
- Kennis en begrip van die Hoëroheidsonderwyssektor;
- Kennis van Onderwyswet.

- Finansiële Bestuur;. Verslagskrywing;

Pligte
- Kurrikulumbestuur en -administrasie beheer;
- Akademiese bestuursdienste toesig;
- Verskaffing van leiding vir die verbetering van kurrikuluminhoud en lewering op grond van betrokkenheid by openbare en private bedryfsbelanghebberes verseker;
- Onderrigmateriaal voorsien;
- Bestuur van alle Menslike, Finansiële en ander hulpbronne van die eenheid;
- Implementering van gemengsde leerwerk in samewerking met die kampusbestuurspan verseker;
- Beplandaanwesing en toesigtingsaktiwiteite van alle kurrikulum- en Beroepsgebaseerde [QCTO] programme toesig;
- Akademiese steun aan alle dosentepersoneel voorsien;
- Steun in voorbereiding vir QCTO-Toesigthouding gee.
